Houston Goes to Ole Miss

Again, ESPN has the story. Here's the link.
Houston is reportedly being paid $1.9 million a year for five years, which begs the question why are we forgiving his $500,000 penalty for leaving and, I think, trying to pay him the rest of his contract? He resigned, right?
So, who's it gonna be to replace him? I've heard such crazy names as former Razorback great/Cowboy coach/NFL commentator Jimmie Johnson. More seriously, I've heard Mike Leach from Texas Tech, Bo Pelini from LSU, and recently Will Muschamp, Auburn's D-Co.
I've also heard talk that Gus Malzahn will be invited back to be our O-Co, again.

Be carefull what you wish for. Incoming AD Long's only previous head coaching hire is Dave Wannstadt. Look how that is turning out at Pitt.
