Mike Huckabee: Nanny State Republican...Dream Come True...Ban on Junk Food and Soft Drinks in School

This story doesn't specifically mention Mike Huckabee, but it's a dream come true for him. His compatriots in the nanny state movement, the democrats in congress, are proposing a ban on the sale of all junk food and soft drinks in all public schools in the country.

Now, I'm not sure where in the Constitution the federal government derives the authority to do this, but I'm sure that won't bother Mike Huckabee who is one of the biggest RINO advocates for the No Personal Responsibility Movement.
