Broken Promises Fund Proposed

A group has proposed a fund to pay for socialized college scholarships for all Arkansans with the money which will supposedly be raised by running natural gas companies out of the state, or stifling them. This is a typical tactic: take from money a small, easily demonized group and give it to everybody else. I believe Thomas Jefferson said something about the dangers of a democracy when people realize they can pillage one group for the benefit of all.
