Economic Development Running Ads on CNN

Meanwhile, we're trying to punish industries that are already here. It reminds me of Michigan taxing and regulating business to death and then running ads about a billion dollar fund if you bring your business to their state. Don't they know that we know where that money is coming from?

That's exactly the model our governor is using to "grow" the economy in Arkansas. I have an idea. Why don't we just make it our goal to be a low tax, low regulation, business friendly state. No, that would never work...
