Greenlight Harrelson's Idea

Rep. Steve Harrelson, D-Texarkana, is proposing something I've always thought was a good idea. I don't know if any are used for this purpose in Arkansas, but I see lots of cameras on stoplights. He's proposing to make it illegal to use them to issue tickets. I am glad to say that's a great idea. I hope he proposes it in the next session. He has a writeup about it on his blog, Under the Dome.
