This is incredible. California now requires a decal on new cars to rate each car's level of evil. They have created a system to rate how much each car contributes to the GLOBAL WARMING!!! hoax. Talk about the land of fruits and nuts.

One major problem with this so called "greenhouse effect caused by carbon emmissions" is that there has been three times more green house gas (GHG) in the atmosphere than required to deliver the greenhouse effect since the end of the last great glaciation. This means that, at least for the last 18,000 to 55,000
years, there has existed an overabundnce of GHG for available outbound infrared radiation to bind to. Therefore additional, human generated, GHG have had no effect.
Because the atmosphere has already been saturated with naturally occuring GHG, additional therories, other than humans are the cause of global warming, are required.
