Garland County Voters Reject Tax Hike for New Jail

GOOD NEWS!!! Voters are figuring out that city, county, and state governments are playing a shell game with budgets. Until government big wigs figure out that they're gonna have to chip in to pay for projects like this count on voters to oppose it. Bigwigs always want us to cut our budgets to pay for essentials, but they're never interested in cutting their budgets.
