That's right. Only in one year (2007) did Joe Biden feel generous enough to contribute more than 2/1oths of 1% of his income. His average over the past 10 years has been 1.5/10ths of 1%. I guess when you're a liberal you get a pass since you get credit for giving away other peoples' money...He really cares about poor people. I guess it's because he's just your average blue collar worker with $320,000/year income...
