Stupid AR Environmentalist Wackos Call For Income Redistribution
They claim an "investment" of taxpayer money will create 19,o00 jobs in Arkansas. The real question is why private investors aren't rushing to invest. Another question is how many productive and useful jobs will be lost by this "investment" (ahem, diversion) of capital from the marketplace? If this was a productive use of capital the market would do it without government encouragement.

All those eco-freaks want is to slap idiotic taxes on everything they claim contribute to this so called GLOBAL WARMING When what we realy need is a HOT AIR TAX to be slapped upon those who produce the HOT AIR like AL GORE,GREENPEACE,SIERRA CLUB,WECANSOLVE, and all those pishing this GLOBAL WARMING lie
A few years ago some eco-freaks acnounced they were going to to be going around on their bicycles and issuing tickets to SUV ownder accusing them of cotrubting to global warming and enviromental destruction so just imagine one of those granola munchers peddles his biycle up to a SUV and issues a ticket the owner who dont take any guff from a tree hugging granola muncher comes out of his house the next thing we see is the eco-idiot with his bicycle wrapped around his neck his ticket book in his mouth and his granola bar up his nose THAT WOULD BE A FUNNY SIGHT
