Obama Dichotomy on the War and the Bailout

QUESTION: Why have democrats (Obama in particular) been so interested focusing on blame and not on solutions in the War in Iraq while they've only been interested in finding solutions (if you wanna call a $700 billion bailout a solution) for the economic situation and assigning absolutely no blame.

You can rest assured that if the economic crisis was actually the fault of Republicans democrats would only be interested in assigning blame.
