The many faces of Hillary are too numerable to count. She has as many positions as she has campaign stops.
He's fought for centralized control of Arkansas's schools since he was first elected. Now that he's on his way out, he's making one final push to consolidate the power of the state over local schools.
I'd like to encourage each of you to enjoy Earth Day, which is today. If you have the opportunity, try the way a friend of mine commemorates it. Each year, he races his SUV into some pristine sylvan paradise, picks out a tree, preferably one with a bird's nest in it, and shoots it down with his shotgun. Now, that's a happy Earth Day.

This makes me sick to my stomach. I had family who served on Iwo Jima. I can say with confidence that they would find this to be an insult. It looks like other veterans agree. TIME absolutely needs to apologize unequivocally.
Arnold Schwarzenegger is predicting that a ban on gay marriage will not pass in California. I bet he's wrong, especially considering the wide margins similar measures have passed by in similarly liberal states. Here's the link.
I don't know about your town, but Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed is coming to Little Rock. Here are the theaters where it's playing in Little Rock. From the previews and interviews I've seen about this I highly recommend it. I'll be watching it this weekend. It opens on Friday.

I've long known that a number of legislators had a very profitable relationship with state government. Chief among these is Sen. Percy Malone, D-Arkadelphia, whose various business interests miraculously acheived revenue in excess of $3 million from the state last year.
He definitely needs to study basic economics. He could start by reading this.
Sam Walton is rolling over in his grave. As a great admirer of Mr. Walton, I can tell you that I don't believe he would stand for this assault on the 2nd Amendment.
What a baby.
This from one of my favorite readers and it's a superb satire of the folly of the severance tax.
This is who we should be fighting. Unfortunately, we have to fight liberals masquerading as Republicans.
Talk about shilling. Max is first rate at that.
Former congressman and Pulaski county sheriff Tommy Robinson is going to jail for contempt in his bankruptcy case. Brilliant.
We're inundated with propaganda about the nobility of teachers and how we're against children if we oppose this, that, or the other for teachers. Now we find out that teachers have been getting paid with money that was supposed to be for poor kids. Are the teachers demanding that their pay be cut to give the money back to the poor kids? Nope. To be sure they're embarrassed, but you can bet they would love it if the discrepancy had gone unnoticed.
"It also may be incorrect to the extent it fails to acknowledge that access to many public benefits by undocumented immigrants is currently restricted by federal law," McDaniel said in his politically charged rejection of the measure.
Thank God for men like this. Petty Officer Second Class Michael A. Monsoor selflessly saved the lives of his fellow Seals when he threw himself on a live grenade in a firefight in Ramadi, Iraq.
Apparently, he's going to win the War on Terror with his charisma. So says The View's Sherri Shepherd. Hating America is good common ground to identify with the terrorists, so he may have something.
As if they were stupid, the premium vodka company is now claiming that they didn't realize that their ad would offend anyone... Right.

This is positively outrageous. For those of you who drink and love your country, it's time to boycott Absolut Vodka.
I just wanted to take a moment to thank Denny Altes, who was the only Republican to oppose this unnecessary tax. Thanks for making us proud, Denny. Keep up the good work.
Gas companies already account for severance taxes in the price they charge retail customers, said Rep. Horace Hardwick, R-Bentonville, noting most other gas-producing states have severance taxes that are much higher than Arkansas charges.
