Steph Hearts Barry...Even If Most Of The Rest Of Arkansas Doesn't

Rep. Stephanie Flowers, D-Pine Bluff, wants the Ledge to pass a resolution in honor of one of the most unpopular, based on Arkansas's election returns, presidents in decades. It'll be interesting to see if the democrat Ledge wants to honor the new democrat president or the overwhelming will of their constituents.
