State Revenue Estimates Still Up...Still Can't Give Arkansas A Taxpayers Significant Budget Increase (Tax Cut)

And don't tell me that a $30 million dollar tax cut is significant. It's chump change. The state's budget is still increasing even with this paltry concession. It's time for the government to have a year when it doesn't grow, so that Arkansas taxpayers can have a year when they do.
