Obama Supreme Court Nominee Overturned By Supreme Court...

Radical environmentalists will stop at nothing to force this hoax on America. They have successfully stopped (temporarily) construction of a new SWEPCO power plant in south Arkansas.
Here's a novel idea, SWEPCO: do some research and question the "science" motivating those opposing the good work you're doing. And it is good work. The people of Arkansas live in a modern society, not the stone age. We need electricity and GLOBAL WARMING!!! is a hoax. That's why they're changing the name to "CLIMATE CHANGE!!!". They kind of have to since the Earth has been cooling since 1998 and there is a clear correlation with solar activity, which is way beyond our control and not the fault of coal power plants or any other "pollution".
A COURT denied the permit for a new power plant in Lower Arkansas. So much for ending our dependence on foreign oil. If this was put to a vote, these America-hating hippies would be destroyed. Arkansans live in the Natural State and, despite the scare tactics, they know that a new power plant won't destroy anything.
The whole concept of a national character is eschewed, nowadays, but it exists nonetheless. The American character, characterized by the Protestant work ethic, entrepreneurship, and adventurous spirit, among many other things, is nearly moribund, at least as an accurate description of the vast majority of Americans. Thank multiculturalism for that. Hold long can America remain America when Americans don't act like Americans?
Governor Beebe asked Sen. Kim Hendren, "R"-Gravette, and Rep. Tim Summers, "R"-Bentonville, to be recognized for selling out Republican principles by voting to raise taxes during the last session, while speaking at a meeting in NWA. It's almost like the guv doesn't want them back at the Capitol.
He's already on his way to catching up with Castro and Chavez with his unconstitutional nationalization of several major private companies.
Congressman Marion Berry, D-1st District, announced this week that he was amending his finacial disclosure after it came to light that he was listing its value at less than half a million dollars, when it's actual value is closer to a million. Through a loophole, he is legally able to list it's value as the amount he paid for it ten years ago, which was $369,000.
That's the whole point of this ruling, to give the Supreme Court the opportunity to reverse its DC Decision. Sotomayor is not a friend of the Constitution, especially the 2nd Amendment, so this will be quite a big deal.
That's what he said, anyway. It was just a few months ago that he declared to the world that this wasn't a Christian country. Now this.
Tone deaf is a nice way to describe it. A gross misuse of struggling taxpayers' dollars is another mild one. Obama's out partying on our dime while taxpayers wonder where they're going to get the money for the mortgage. His night out on the town cost as much as the houses we're worried about keeping. He's sooo compassionate.
Yeah, one of the most oil rich countries in the world is developing its nuclear program for electricity... Obama is either dangerously naive or just dangerous.
Brummett's paraphrase of what Obama Supreme Court nominee, Sonia Sotomayor, said is evolving. Compare what he said before:
Of course, the government can't afford to increase our household budgets by cutting taxes, but it can afford to spend $75,000 on a date night for Barry and Michelle in Manhattan. That's how much it cost converting from British pounds in the story from the UK Daily Mail.
